Basic Experiment Event

45 minutesThis event involves 3 “wow” experiments. You will get to choose from a list of our most exciting experiments! There will be a bit of informal teaching with each experiment that can be tailored to fit the age or grade level of the group! Up to 30 children.
This event does NOT include animal encounters.

3 Large Exotic animals, 3 Slithering Celebration animals, pictures, interactive experiment.This event includes a group of special exotic guests from Close to Nature Wildlife Rehabilitation Center which include an owl, a possum and a 10 ft red foot boa! Some of these animals are "no touch" ambassadors; but we bring along 3 other animals that you get to choose that are touchable!
Each guest gets a chance to take a picture holding one of our Slithering Celebrations animals and while taking the pictures we bring out our soil digs for the kids to explore and stay engaged!

Mega Ultimate Event

90 minutes3 Large exotic animals animals, 4 Slithering Celebrations animals, pictures, interactive experiment, one take home experiment.
This one is for the ultimate animal lover!
This event includes a group of special exotic guests from Close to Nature Wildlife Rehabilitation Center which include an owl, a possum and a 10 ft red foot boa! Some of these animals are "no touch" ambassadors; but we bring along 4 other animals that you get to choose that are touchable!
Each guest gets a chance to take a picture holding one of our Slithering Celebrations animals and while taking the pictures you get to pick one of our "Interactive Experiments" off our experiment list for the kids to do and stay engaged!
After everyone has gotten their pictures we begin a take-home experiment! You get to choose one prize from our "Take-home Experiment" list which includes things like glow slime, rocks and minerals and so much more!

+$10 for every additional child beyond 30 children/ students.
Payment Information
Upon Booking, You Will Recieve An Invoice Via Email. If Paying By Card, You Will Follow The Instructions On The Invoice Form. If Paying By Check, Please Make The Check Out To “ Slithering Science Celebrations LLC ”
Birthday Parties do have the option of paying through Venmo and Cash App. Those accounts will be sent in an email explaining how to pay at the time of booking. A physical QR code can be brought on the day of the event upon request!
Payment Is Not Required Until The Day Of The Event, But Is Always Appreciated In Advance.
+$2 per mile for every mile past 30 miles from down town Garner NC.
For example: A booking in Charlotte, NC would require an $280 fee to cover gas, animal travel, and time.
To calculate, plug in your address and 900 7th Ave, Garner, NC 27529 into your maps. Look at the miles and take away 30. Then multiply by $2 per mile
Cancelation Fee
A fee of $50 for regular events and a fee of $100 for Classroom Experiences and Ultimate Events will be charged if the event is canceled without rescheduling within 2 weeks of the event date.
Tips
Tips are never expected! If you enjoyed your event and would like to tip, simply ask for the personal Venmo or Cash App of your scientist !
Photos taken at birthday parties and vendor events may be used in our marketing and social posts!
School photos and photo moments will not be used unless specfically given permission. If you do not wish for you or your child’s photo to be used please contact us!
We reserve the right to change the photo moment to a “touching” animal photo if we deem the situation necessary for the animal’s safety.
Sessions may end early for groups small in number or young of age.
